- Regular sleep and wake times 7 days a week
- Do not vary bedtime and wake time by more than 30 minutes
- Ensure morning light exposure
- Keep all screens out of the bedrooms
- Establish a consistent bedtime routine
- Maintain a consistent, dark sleep environment
- Make sleep routines a priority!
